2.What MeroBhumi does
MeroBhumi is an online marketplace for property in Nepal. Owners and agents publish listings; buyers and tenants find them and contact the owner or agent directly. Buyers pay MeroBhumi no commission. We also publish buying guides, let people post what they are looking for (demands), and offer paid services such as boosting a listing.
Listings may be reviewed by our team before they go live. A verified mark appears only on a listing whose ownership documents our team has reviewed (see the Listing Policy).
3.What MeroBhumi does not do
- We are not a broker or a party to any deal. We do not own, sell or rent the properties listed, and any agreement, token money (bayana), registration or handover is between the buyer or tenant and the owner or agent.
- We are not a legal, financial or valuation adviser. Our guides and AI assistant give general information only. Check anything important with a lawyer, the relevant government office or a qualified professional.
- We do not guarantee any listing or any result. Even a listing with a verified mark should be confirmed by you at the Land Revenue Office (Malpot), the Survey Office and the ward office before you pay. A boost buys visibility, not a sale.
- Agents on MeroBhumi are independent. They do not act for MeroBhumi.
